We're currently hiring for two positions:
1) LOAN CONSULTANTS - WITH OR WITHOUT REAL ESTATE LICENSE WELCOME
We are currently looking for enthusiastic self-starters who are motivated to build a career in the Mortgage Industry. No Real Estate experience or license needed, a pre-determined number of LEADS and training are provided according to experience - which is a plus but not necessary. Our company will provide the tools and the knowledge that you need to have continuing success in this field.
The persons we are looking for MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL FOLLOW UP AND FOLLOW THROUGH SKILLS. Our loan specialists must be someone who can keep the borrower focused and motivated and work with them through all the challenges and obstacles that may arise. Once assigned a borrower, we expect the loan specialist to stick with and proactively work with the borrower until they have closed escrow. Must have High Ethics - pre-screening and background checks will be performed.
We have a highly lucrative compensation package. We provide you with a certain amount of LIVE VIABLE LEADS that you will immediately start working with – either in conjunction with an existing case a loan specialist is working on, or a new case that is assigned to you (based on your past experience, proven ability to close and other factors). We prescreen the clients and set the appointment for you to work on as an existing transaction. Our objective is to provide the supportive platform / foundation for you to build a dependable commission through a network of referred and closed clients.

- Credit report access
- Flat processing fee for all your deals
- Fast and effective in-house processing
- Manager and loan coordinator are available for you everyday
- More than 100 lenders you can choose from to submit your deals
- High commission (no base salary) this way you are able to pocket more money
2) We are also hiring TELEMARKETERS who wish to pursue a career in home financing and real estate. No experience necessary but is preferred. Competitive base salary and excellent bonus structure offered (possible grossing $50/hr), and you will be thoroughly trained on the loan process and telemarketing(if necessary).
· 4:30PM TO 7:30PM MONDAY TO THURSDAY, SATURDAYS OPTIONAL
· $9 TO $11 PER HOUR, POSSIBLE RAISE IN 3 WEEKS
· UNLIMITED BONUS POTENTIAL
· EXPERIENCED TELEMARKETER & BILINGUAL SPEAKING IS A PLUS
